So the insanity has begun! With the Feathers matriarch and patriarch in NY, assistant buyer Ivan Lan and myself have set off to cover the London madness. Flat shoes at the ready and easing our way in with a small sprinkling of 3 shows, here is what we got up to at LFW Day 1:

Kicking off our day with Jean Pierre Braganza and his love for all things science-fiction, we saw atmosphere-dust speckled prints and severe military tailoring taking us into his own post apocalyptic world.

Later, Ivan and I found ourselves taking a stroll through the Orla Kiely park complete with benches, birds, garden sheds and an exciting new collection…

Camilla Skovgaard heaven!

We fell in love with this Jordan Askill triple horse cuff – the workmanship was sublime!

Next up was a fruitful journey into the world of Sass & Bide. The show aptly titled “Boogie & The Historymaker” rocked the best soundtrack of the day and left the audience in a colour-dazed frenzy…

The clothes arriving for the Bora Aksu show…

Last show of the day, Felder Felder gave us a tough girl shape-sensation..
