The free shipping offer is valid on orders of full price merchandise totaling over £100 (€119; US$161).

The £100 threshold applies to a customer’s entire order of full price merchandise. Sale price merchandise is not included within the free shipping offer and does not count towards the £100 threshold.

Free shipping applies up to a shipping value of £40 (€48; US$64) over which the customer must pay the difference.

Free shipping is offered on the lowest price shipping option available, usually DHL Express or UPS Express, depending on country

HOLIDAY DELIVERIES

Our last order date for holiday deliveries is Wednesday, December 18.

GIFT RETURNS

We are pleased to offer our customers an extended returns period for gift purchases made during the holiday season. This applies to all orders placed between November 28 and December 20.

To take advantage of this, you must use our free returns collection service. To do this, simply:

1. Log in to My Account by January 6, 2014, to request a return

2. Schedule your returns pick-up by January 10, 2014

Once your return has been received by the boutique and it complies with our returns policy, we will refund you through your original payment method. Please be aware that payments can take up to 14 working days to process depending on your bank or payment provider. Returned items will be refunded in full, excluding the cost of shipping, when using our free collections service.

The Design Museum has just opened its new exhibition ‘Hello My Name Is Paul Smith’  to celebrate Paul Smith’s “career to date and exploring future developments, the exhibition references Paul Smith’s influences and fashion designs, charting the rise of this quintessentially British label which has become one of the leading fashion brands in the world.

Looking at the impressive scale of its global operation today, the exhibition draws on Paul Smith’s personal archive, from the company’s beginnings in Nottingham to its international prominence today. The exhibition explores how Paul Smith’s intuitive take on design, together with an understanding of the roles of designer and retailer, have laid the foundations for the company’s lasting success and offer a unique insight into the magnificent mind of Paul Smith.” Design Museum

We really want to take you inside his head and show you what inspires him. It will be a journey through Paul’s history. He’s constantly doing something new and I think that’s why people are still so interested in him. He’s a subtle designer, but still has such an inventive approach to print, colour and pattern.
